What is RidewithGPS?

RidewithGPS is a third party software company created by bike riding enthusiasts to provide routing software.  Like a Google Maps for bicycle riders.

How does ARCC use RidewithGPS?

ARCC uses ridewithgps for 2 reasons:

  1. Create a calendar of upcoming rides with routes: http://www.amershamrcc.com/club-rides/
  2. Store our clubs route library: View Route Library

How do I sign up to ARCC club ridewithgps?

  1. If you do not have an account, signup for a free account: https://ridewithgps.com/signup
  2. Once signed into your free account click this link to join the ARCC club account: https://ridewithgps.com/auto_approve/Club/6177/n4o4RQ3mEKqUiqz6

After signing up you will get an email from ridewithgps which lets you know about all the free benefits. 

How do I sync a route to my GPS device?

Does RidewithGPS have a Mobile Application?

Yes.  You can download the ridewithgps application from Apple App Store or Android Play Store.  If you have signed up to the club, you will also be able to see the upcoming events, view routes and pin routes ready to sync to your GPS device.

Using ridewithgps Mobile App

You can use the ridewithgps mobile application to view the ARCC club, which will show you events and routes. You can also respond to say you are attending a ride and see and sync the route to your Wahoo or Garmin device.
