Steady Rides

Please see below the Steady ride schedule.  As you can see, some volunteers are needed to lead soon.  Go on, it’s not that hard.  Sam has a ‘How to lead’ article if you want it. (rs-a_eakin@tiscali.co.uk).

The ‘Tea Shop Tourists’

The steady Sunday ride tends to cover between 40 and 50 miles. We ride at an average speed of around 12 – 13 mph and stop at a cafe around half distance. Riders should be able to ride at least 30 miles in 2.5 hours on their own before joining this ride though we will always ride at the speed of the slowest rider. Please arrive in time to get ready and ride out at 9:00am.

“Scone? What scone? Nope, I haven’t seen a scone!”
